Who we're looking for
Could this be you?
If you love flying and you love helping other people discover that same feeling, we'd love to hear from you. The essentials are simple:
- A current Flight Instructor rating — or one about to be issued
- A genuine passion for teaching and bringing out the best in your students
- Patience, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset
- The right to work in the UK
- Bonus points for IR(R), night, tailwheel, or aerobatic experience — lovely to have, never essential
Newly-qualified or thousands of hours in your logbook — talent and attitude matter more to us than the size of your hours column.
